Next Level Sports
Inclusive Communities Canada- Schulich Branch will be partnering with Boys and Girls Club of London to host a 7 week adaptive play program.
​
BGC and ICCAN Schulich welcomes you to participate in a weekly inclusive play program dedicated to creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for kids of all abilities. With a focus on inclusivity and skill-building, your child will enjoy weekly programming with individualized support designed to explore new interests, build new skills, learn about body awareness, form new friendships and most importantly- have fun!

Swim-able: Inclusive Swim Program
This unique and carefully designed inclusive swim program is geared towards children and youth with behavioural or learning barriers. This small-group aquatic program will accommodate different learning styles while providing a fun and safe learning environment in the water. All participants will have the opportunity to play group games, learn about water safety and complete YMCA Swim levels at their own pace. Ages: 6 - 13 years. Group Size: Approximately 4 participants per class.

Sensory-Friendly Screenings
Cineplex is proud to present Sensory-Friendly Screenings for all ages.
This program provides a sensory-friendly environment for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families to view newly released films in a lights up, sound down environment in theatres across the country.
Screenings take place every 4-6 weeks on Saturday mornings.
All tickets are priced at the child admission rate, and will be available the Tuesday prior to the screening date.

Merrymount Family Support and Crisis Center
Groups for Children
Heroes was designed to provide children ages 6-12 yrs the opportunity to enhance self-esteem and their ability to view themselves as a hero through art therapy. By creating a supportive space, children can learn how to express their feelings, develop coping strategies, increase problem solving skills, and build on positive supportive relationships. Parent / Child Concurrent Programs
Some of our programs require parents and children both to attend separate groups. Parents attend one group to learn the necessary skills to guide and support their child as they work through the program. The child should be available to attend the children’s program while in the care of the parent attending the parenting portion.

Snoezelen Room
The Snoezelen room uses music, lighting effects, gentle vibrations and tactile sensations which all provide opportunities for a unique sensory experience.
​
This room provides a space where you can relax and have the opportunity to choose an activity at your own pace allowing for exploration, self-direction and fun.
​
Book one or more 1 hour spaces for your family. Siblings welcome in the room or can be provided with other opportunities to keep them busy. This room is open to all who feel they could benefit from the Snoezelen environment.

Inclu-Swim Private Lessons
Inclu-Swim (Inclusive Swimming) is a one on one private lesson program for children/youth/adult with a disability/disabilities. Our instructors will cater to the needs of each participant and provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. Registration is limited to children/youth/adults with disabilities only. All private lessons are 30 minutes.

Elan Dance: Shining Stars
Our Shining Stars program is a movement program designed for students with but not limited to the following: any developmental, physical or intellectual disability. This program caters to each student in class with the assistance of instructors.

We dance, we play, we sing and we interact with each other! It's a lot of fun and can vary on structure depending on what is best for your dancer!

Heroes Circle Canada: Kids Kicking Cancer
The Heroes Circle program, open to ALL children in pain, provides therapeutic martial arts classes and hospital visits for children and teens. The program teaches traditional karate moves along with the mind-body techniques of meditation, breathing, relaxation, and visualization to dramatically lower pain levels.

Lego Club
LEGO® Club has proven to be an effective way for children with social skills and self esteem difficulties associated with Autism, Asperger Syndrome, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Adjustment Disorders, Down Syndrome and more to improve their social interaction and communication skills. Improvements in social skills and self esteem competence enables children to sustain lasting friendships and reach their highest potential, at home, at school and in the community.

This is a research and evidence based program facilitated by a certified Lego Specialist.

London Children's Museum
Sensory Friendly Evening
Sensory Friendly Evenings offer children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), physical or cognitive disabilities, or sensory processing considerations, and their families with a quieter museum experience. With extremely limited attendance, Sensory Friendly Evenings turn down the noise, crowds, and stimulation of a typical day.
Sensory Friendly Evenings are free for children and their families. Space is limited.

Belong: Inclusive Art Experiences for Children and Youth
Belong provides free, quality arts programming experiences for children and youth across London through collaboration with seven community resource centres, and the London Public Library:

The Program will encourage peer to peer creative social interactions, young adult with adult role model opportunities, and artist educator mentor to mentee relationships. The arts experiences will encompass culturally diverse art practices, forms, and themes including social justice, environment and sustainability, social inclusion, exploration, experimentation, and self-reflection. Participants will explore a variety of artistic techniques and processes.
Weekly art activities will take place at each of the neighbourhood resource centers and a professional youth worker will be on site to provide additional support.
